My photographer friend Craig and I have now kicked-off our new landscape photography website, Creative Vision Photographics. While neither of us earns our living through photography, it's become a hobby we both greatly enjoy and it helps us to document our explorations around the Rocky Mountain West and beyond. I also have a passion for hiking and climbing the Colorado Rockies, which is well reflected at this site. It's live and ready to view, so we hope you'll take a minute and check it out and let us know what you think. Post any ideas you might have, including your favorite places to explore or photograph.
The Web site is going to be used to raise awareness, critical prayer support, and funds for the missions trips Craig and I are taking next year to Peru and Poland. But there's a higher and more permanent purpose behind the site. We hope to inspire folks with the magnificence of our Creator, by sharing glimpses of the majesty, astonishing variety, and breathtaking beauty of His creation.

To start things off on the right foot and make sure we give credit where credit is due for what we see here, this is a photo I took during an autumn trip to the San Juan Mountains. A little sunshine and color to brighten a day that started out in the deep freeze!
